At TEKTRON, we want you to be happy with any purchases that you make from us, and we make every effort to provide comprehensive information on our full range of products to make the decision process as easy as we can.
However, we completely understand that sometimes, we simply change our minds. If you decide that you do not wish to keep the product bought from TEKTRON you can inform us that you would like to return it .
What is the return policy for non-defective products?
a) Returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. The items to be returned must be in their original packaging and unopened with all the parts and accessories intact. Depending on the nature and price of the product and on our supplier’s policy, fees may apply in the event that the item is being returned due to customer error.
b) Shipping costs for items being returned will be the responsibility of the customer.
c) If you have placed an order and you with to return it in full or partially, you have the right to request a Return Confirmation a period of 2 (two) days from the day it has been delivered to you.
d) You must return the items to us within 7 (seven) days of our Return Confirmation. Pack the product(s) into a securely closed box and send them back to the following address with the returns number clearly marked onto the packaging.

Once your product has arrived at our offices and has been checked thoroughly, one of our team will process your exchange or refund. Refunds, credit notes or exchanges can only be issued if the goods are received in their original state, including packing, so please take care to open goods carefully. We work in close cooperation with both the customer and the distributor to ensure that each individual return transaction is solved in a fair and satisfactory manner.
e) If the return is initiated due to a faulty product description or other similar mistake by TEKTRON, we will assume the full responsibility and costs associated with the return.
f) If you want to exchange the product for a different one, our team will be happy to help you find an alternative and will happily process that order for you!
g) We shall issue a refund or credit note within 15 days of the cancellation directly to the method of original payment.
What do I do if the products are defective?
Should you discover the goods are faulty, please inform us via our website or contact us via email at support@tektron.al.
We shall then send you the appropriate method of handling the faulty goods by either asking for the items to be returned back to us or in some circumstances, the return may be handled by the manufacturer or their authorized repair centre.
We request that Goods be returned to us within 7 days of our Returns confirmation.
We will then ensure that we deal with the return as quickly as practical. We will repair, replace or refund the defective goods within a resolution time of 30 days.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

WARRANTY
The terms of this Tektron Warranty shall apply to all the products purchased within (Albania and Ballkan Region)
What is the Warranty Period?
Tektron offers a ninety (90) day, one (1), two (2) or three (3) year limited warranty depending on the product. The warranty period is stated on the product in our website and in the released Warranty Certificate. The warranty period starts on the date of purchase of a brand new, unused product by the initial first end user. Tektron warrants that the products are free from defects in materials and workmanship, with its obligations under this warranty to repair or replacement at its own expense provided a claim is made within the warranty period applicable to the product.
What Tektron Will Do to Correct Problems?
Pursuant to this warranty, Tektron will, at its option, repair or replace products (a) with new or previously used products, parts, or components equivalent to new in performance and reliability, or (b) with re-manufactured products using new components or new and used or reconditioned components equivalent to new in performance and reliability, or (c) with a product equivalent to an original product that has been discontinued. Refund of the price paid is applicable only in cases provided in the applicable law and provided that the product is returned to the point of purchase or such other place as Tektron may direct with a copy of the sales receipt. Shipping and handling charges may apply except where prohibited by applicable law.
When a product or part is replaced, the replacement item becomes your property and the returned product or part becomes the property of Tektron. All products received by Tektron for replacement will become the property of Tektron.
For products sold with customized, user-replaceable batteries, in the event the battery fails during the Warranty Period, Tektron will replace the battery. For products sold with batteries that are not user-replaceable, in the event the battery fails during the Warranty Period, Tektron will replace the product.
What is the Period of Coverage?
In the unlikely event that your product has recurring failures or Tektron is unable to repair or replace the product, Tektron will provide you with a replacement product selected by Tektron that is the same or equivalent to your product in performance. This is your exclusive remedy for a defective product.
Post-replacement
Any replaced/repaired product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
1) products used in contact centres not intended for intensive use;
2) defects caused by (a) an act of God (such as a flood), accident, fire, misuse, neglect, unusual physical or electrical stress, or modification; (b) improper or unauthorized installation, wiring, repair, testing or (c) any other cause beyond normal usage;
3) instances in which someone other than Tektron (or its authorized service centres) tests, alters, repairs, modifies or services the products in any way;
4) products that have: (a) serial numbers or date tags that have been removed, altered or obliterated; (b) board serial numbers that do not match each other, or board serial numbers that do not match the housing; or (c) nonconforming or non-Tektron housings or parts;
5) consumable spares and accessories (unless they are found to be non-functional or broken upon purchase of product),
How to Obtain Warranty Support
Before submitting a warranty claim, we recommend that you contact us at support@tektron.al for technical assistance. Valid warranty claims are generally processed through the point of purchase. To determine the start of the warranty period we will ask you for a purchase receipt of the initial first end user or the manufacturing date code on the product.
Warranty claims that cannot be processed through the point of purchase and any other product related questions should be addressed directly to support@tektron.al.
