How do I cancel my order?
- If you have placed an order and you with to cancel, you have the right to cancel the order for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 2 (two) days, beginning with the day after the day on which the order was confirmed. This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of orders for the purchase of software products.
Cancellation must be informed to us in writing by letter, by telephone or email.
Please take care not to damage the packaging when opening/removing goods for inspection. Returned goods should be accompanied by all of their original packaging and manuals.
Items such as Personal Computers and Laptops can be returned for a refund providing that pre-installed software has not been registered etc.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us and you must take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the goods back and that the goods are not damaged in transit. Please retain proof of postage. We request that Goods be returned to us within 7 days of cancellation.
We shall issue a refund within 15 days of the cancellation directly to the method of original payment.

Do you do exports to other countries?
- YES, we do export to other countries. Please note due to high Administrative Costs we cannot ship Export Orders below Goods value of 200 EURO.

No VAT is charged for Export Orders, it is up to the customer to declare the goods and pay the right custom duties and VAT in their own country. All export invoices do not include VAT

What are the fees I have to pay to Import the goods for my Order?
- Obligations Of The Seller
The seller is responsible for delivering the goods to the buyer at a named place of destination or at customs terminal if requested by the customer. The seller neither clears the goods for import nor pays for the custom duties. The seller will cover the Export Declaration and Export fees related to the customer order.
Obligations Of The Buyer
The buyer has to clear the goods for import and takes on the risks and costs of the goods as soon as they are accessible at the named destination. The fees related to imports of goods are generally the following:
1. Custom Tax (if the item qualifies according to country Tariff Codes and taxes),
2. Country VAT (rate depends on specific countries),
3. Import Documentation (fees vary accoring to the selected Agency).
Import VAT
Generally, you must pay VAT on imported goods at the same rates indicated from the Customs Office of the receiving country. The procedure for making payment depends mostly on the country from which you are importing goods. You will be informed from the selected Agency prior to delivering the goods to your address. No deliveries shall be made from forwarders if all the duties and VAT has been paid from Customer. You can reclaim VAT from goods imported when you declare them on your VAT return.

What are the accepted bank fees for Wire Transfers?
- Tektron Solutions does NOT ACCEPT any additional fees applied from the Transfering or Intermediate Banks. Please make sure that you select the Charges Option “OUR” prior to compleating the wire transfer. All bank transfering charges must be paid by the Customer. Tektron Solutions will not ship the order if the transfer amount is received not in full.

What do I do if the products are defective?
- Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all goods are supplied with a warranty for up to 12 months. Certain items such as batteries for will only have a 90 day warranty. Certain other products contain their own manufacturers warranty, which may vary between manufacturers.
Should you discover the goods are faulty, please inform us via our website or contact us via email at sales@tektron.al
We shall then send you the appropriate method of handling the faulty goods by either asking for the items to be returned back to us or in some circumstances, the return may be handled by the manufacturer or their authorized repair centre.
We request that Goods be returned to us within 7 days of our Returns confirmation.
We will then ensure that we deal with the return as quickly as practical. We will repair, replace or refund the defective goods within a resolution time of 30 days.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

How fast can I receive the orders?
- Delivery times are quoted in working days and do not include bank holidays. Please expect orders placed over national Holidays to be slightly delayed.

Goods are dispatched by our couriers or by partner courier and should be delivered within the above mentioned transit times.
If Collecting please check first as we may need to arrange shipment of the items at our collections offices. Collections must be confirmed before 15:00 with our team, so we can prepare the order for your pickup before 18:00.

What are the warranty terms for the Plantronics headsets?
- The term of the warranty begins from the date of purchase. Your dated sales receipt showing the date of purchase is your proof of purchase. The warranty period varies by product and is generally 1 or 2 years; Plantronics' obligation under this Limited Warranty to test and replace products that manifest a defect in materials or workmanship ceases upon the expiration of the Warranty Period. Plantronics does not repair the headsets. When a product or part is replaced, the replacement item becomes your property and the returned product or part becomes the property of Plantronics.

What Products Are Not Covered by Plantronics Warranty?
- This Warranty does not cover:
1) products purchased from an unauthorized reseller;
2) use in call centers of products not designed for intensive use;
3) products purchased through online auctions;
4) damage caused by
(a) accident, fire, misuse, neglect, unusual physical or electrical stress, or modification;
(b) improper or unauthorized installation, wiring, repair, testing or
(c) use of the product outside Plantronics published guidelines;
5) instances in which someone other than Plantronics (or its authorized service centers) tests, alters, modifies or services the products in any way;
6) products that have
(a) serial numbers or date tags that have been removed or altered.

What does it mean In-Stock and On-Request Status?
- We currently sell the products with In-Stock Status, these items are stored at more than one warehouse in Albania. The items are ready to ship within 24 hours, upon order confirmation. We also sell items with On-Request Status, these items are stored in reagional distribution centers. The items are ready to ship to you within the delivery time posted on each individual item on our website. It may vary from 2 to 4 weeks depending on the manufacturer’s or distributor’s stock availability. Upon confirming the order from you we will plave the order within 48 hours with the distributor and ship it to your specified address as soon as it arrives in our warehouse. Local delivery terms may apply.

Do you issue VAT Invoice?
- YES, since we sell only to businesses we always issue VAT Invoice. You may be required to send us your business VAT Number and Address in order to issue the Invoice.
