Its 3.5‑inch IPS colour display (320 × 480 resolution) gives a crisp interface for guests or users, presenting caller information, service hot‑keys, hotel messaging or room‑service icons. The unit features five programmable soft keys which can be configured for hotel services like Housekeeping, Front Desk, Room Service or Wake‑Up Call — making it very suitable for hospitality usage. 

In terms of connectivity, the H6W supports both Wi‑Fi and a 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port, along with power sourcing via PoE – meaning deployment is fast, clean and cost‑efficient, especially in guest‑room settings. HD‑voice codec support (G.722, Opus) and full‑duplex speakerphone with echo cancellation ensure clear communication in both handset and hands‑free modes.
